For Returns
If
you are not completely satisfied with our product, please
return it within one week of delivery. Enclose a self addressed
and stamped envelope, your phone number, and reason for return,
and we will send you a complete refund within 2-4 weeks. This
refund will not include shipping and handling charges.

Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of tape/tapes. Tapes are sent out on
a first come first serve basis. If they are in stock, you
will receive your copy quickly. If not, your patience is appreciated.
